ICredit cards are in vogue. No one wants to wait for money to come to purchase what they want in their homes. The interiors are all designed, walls are painted with themes, furniture is brought in to suit the house environment, floorings are sleek, and space is saved. The homes have big television screens, DVD players, and home theatre systems. Name the brand and you have them. The entire world market is at your doorstep. Cost is not a consideration any more - An indicator of the purchasing power of Young India.

So, what is in store for the future? Will brain-drain have its reverse effect? Looks like as per current trends, people may start returning to India in bigger numbers and if India plays its cards right, by 2006/2007, it can become the number ONE knowledge production centre of the world. Salaries will climb; multi-tasking will be the mantra for the professionals to make a killing. There are more than three dozen US majors already setting up shops in India. There is a revolution just about happening. Well-paid technology jobs are shifting to India and China, which are low-cost centers. The number of jobs outsourced to India is rising just in a flash.

Head hunting companies like ours are busy and will become even busier next year. People like you dear potential candidate are increasingly calling the shots and India Inc. is listening.
