‘Reverse Migration’ or 'More and More Foreigners wanting to work in India across sectors'
As a Headhunter, I am getting over phone / emails / personal visits - A steady stream of enquiries from professionals of Caucasian(white) Americans / white European origin for jobs in India. We are talking about 'reverse migration', the early days of which we are now witnessing. At least 2 to 3 expats (of Caucasian origin) visit our offices in Bangalore and Mumbai for jobs. I feel good that my country attracts international talent, who are willing to relocate and work out of India. Aren’t you proud about being Indian?
